Overview
I developed this scenario-based eLearning concept project for employees of a fictional company called CPL. This project helps employees understand how to communicate while leading with empathy and using professional communication standards.
The Audience: New and current employees of CPL who need to learn how to communicate difficult conversations while at work, whether with a peer or C-suite level manager.
